We discuss with the client any feedback they may have and liaise with the cleaning team and on site supervisors for any improvements that can be made. Being proactive is at the heart of our work to ensure standards remain high and stop any downward trend in standards in its tracks.

With obvious concerns for our cleaning team’s welfare, we provide a mobile cover cleaner for any of our cleaners who have annual leave scheduled or in the unfortunate circumstance of absence.
