Earlier this year, local technology company Trustmarque needed a professional and reliable partner to keep their busy York offices spotless. The brief was simple: maintain high standards, limit disruption, and provide clear reporting.

The challenge
Trustmarque’s York office is home to both staff and visiting clients. With sensitive data handled daily, maintaining hygiene and security were key priorities.
Covering 5,000 sq. ft of open-plan space, the site includes desks, meeting rooms, kitchens, and a reception area.

The solution
We began with a full site survey and cleaning audit to identify problem areas. From there, we built a practical cleaning plan covering daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
To deliver this service, we assigned a two-person crew and an experienced roving supervisor, working five days a week. Cleaning took place outside working hours to avoid disruption, supported by strong supervision and structured reporting.
Attendance is logged through a mobile app using QR codes, giving complete transparency on who is on site and when. Every operative is trained in eco-friendly cleaning practices and colour-coded systems, using only the Jangro eco-certified range.
Cleaning scope:
- Daily hoovering, dusting, and sanitisation of workstations
- Cleaning of washrooms, kitchens, and staff break areas
- Glass and interior window cleaning
- Floor maintenance (vinyl and carpet)
- Waste segregation and recycling management
A mobile supervisor carries out daily spot checks and manages consumable restocking. Monthly on-site audits are led by a Senior Area Manager, with results reviewed alongside the client against clear KPIs.

After just three months, we achieved:
